Yup: ISIS, ISIL, IS, Taliban, Al Qaeda, the Muslim Brotherhood, Boko Haram, al Fatah, Hamas, the Barbary Pirates: nothing has changed since the prophet put out the word that there would be no peace between believers and non-believers over 700 years ago.
We keep hearing that we are not at war against Muslims. We can keep saying that, but it's a hollow statement. The Koran puts it down in writing. Infidels (everybody except Muslims) need to be dealt with in a violent manner unless they convert.
